Naked Ape Soap has stolen services and intellectual property;

Naked Ape Soap has failed to abide by a contractual agreement by using Gleason PR expertise and branding identities without paying;

Mr. Jackson and Naked Ape Soap contracted with Gleason PR to create a website with an e-commerce element so that he could sell handmade soaps to a global audience. In order to fulfill his wishes, Gleason PR recommended that a logo and brand identity be created to add a professional element to his home business. We did so, and the project was completed in Nov. 2006.

Mr. Jackson's Naked Ape Soap Company has refused to pay the $250 remainder of his contract, thereby negating discounts and added services totalling another $400.
